Topic: Automaticly scalling pi/6 axis?

Hello!
At school, we are studying about sinus(x) and cosinus(x) functions, but using Graph for viewing sin or cos graph is a little tricky, because I can not adjust the grid the way I'd like. As I'm sure you all know, sin(x) and cos(x) graphs are viewed best with multiples od pi/6 ( pi/6, 2pi/6, 3pi/6 ...) and I can set that in the settings:

But when I zoom in or out the grid doesn't change. Is there a way to make the grid using multiples of pi/6 (e.g. pi/12, pi/24 ...) automaticly, without me having to change values in the Axis settings?

Thank You, Davorin.

Hi,
so what do you mean by "multiples of Pi/6"? you say multiples, but write: pi/12, pi/24 ...

Re: Automaticly scalling pi/6 axis?

I am a little unsure what it is you want. You have specified that you want pi/6 between the tick marks and that is what you got. And that doesn't change when you zoom in and out. The alternative is to keep Auto tick checked, which will cause Graph to use a value for Tick unit that fits the axis range and changes when you zoom in and out.
