I have never been a fan of git, but you can find the source code for Graph in SVN at SourceForge: http://sourceforge.net/p/graph/code/HEAD/tree/Trunk/

Sorry for the bump! I would like to mention that sourceforge is a rather dodgy website and that many people (myself included) have a large amount of distrust towards it. (Read up on the malware they spread with FileZilla)
Even though they have sorted out their malware issues I strongly suggest you move bitbucket if you have the time to (bitbucket is the best solution for svn in my opinion, a particularly good option for you since you don't want to use Git! I should mention that you can access GitHub with SVN anyway!)
I have actually been looking at Bitbucket, but they do not support SVN, but only Git and Mercurial.
