Topic: How to change name of function from "f" to "g"?

Hi everyone, I started to test your graph software.

Problem I faced: Where can I change the name of the functions?

All seem to be f(x) -- which is not that good. Each function should have a unique name.

* Furthermore, I would suggest to switch on the grid by default and use Arial as font-family. See attachment.

You can use the Description field to specify a name to show in the legend.

You can use Save as default in the Edit|Axes dialog to change the default settings.

Ah now I see, this feature is kind of hiding smile

Maybe for the next version, you can autofill this field from the function input field on the fly (i. e. function input above is filling legend input below). Then every new user (like me) will notice that this is the legend, and edit the field if needed.

Thanks!
