Topic: I want to translate Graph's Help to Arabic language

I'm yaser , I'm a student in civil engineering faculty in Damascus University , I' want to translate Graph's Help to Arabic language and I'm working at that now , how I can to contact with Graph's Foundation to send translated Help when I finish it .
