Topic: Graph and Latex

It would be nice to use latex commands in texts and to use graph for later use in LaTeX. Is that possible ??

Re: Graph and Latex

Graph does not understand Latex, but I expect that you can use images created with Graph in Latex.

Re: Graph and Latex

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I know that one can use the images made with Graph in Latex, but my suggestion is, to use Latex commands to write texts in Graph and to Let LaTeX compile this texts. This way Graph would be able to produce more complicated Math texts in the images, with better outlook or view. This option is available in many other printing math programs. I hope you understand what I mean. Thank you again.

Re: Graph and Latex

You mean the latex  feature does not add up to the full extent of the program?
The updates are full of details if you look up to it.

Re: Graph and Latex

imme,

I believe you are looking for the package "overpic" in LaTeX.

Simply save your graph in image format. Include it as an "overpic" image in LaTex, then you can add anything you like over it, equations, numbers, other images, etc.
