Topic: Problem with Save As Image

Save As Image produces an error message under certain conditions. I've reproduced the problem on different computers.

It happens with any graph with shading inserted "between functions". If you try to save an image in the .svg format I get "External Exception EEFACE"

I'm using Windows XP, and Graph Build 509

I just noticed the .emf format produces the same error.

Build 509 has several problems like this caused by conflicting compiler settings. I suggest you upgrade to the newest version, which currently is build 513.

I have upgraded to version 513, but  still I get the same problem now, except that instead of "External Exception EEFACE" I get "Abnormal Program Termination", and then Graph crashes.

I am not able to reproduce this. Can you clarify exactly what you are doing?

Try opening the attached file and choosing "Save as Image" and save it as a .svg.

It seems to happen only when the graph contains shading of the "between two functions" type, and when you save it as a vector graphic format.

Let me know if this file works, or gives you an error.
