Topic: .grf files now open in Windows notepad.exe when using a browser

Recently, something has changed on all my computers.  When using a browser (IE, Firefox & Chrome) in Windows 7 and I click on a link to a .grf file, the .grf file now opens in notepad.  In the past, the .grf file opened in GRAPH.  If I double-click on a .grf file on the desktop, it opens in GRAPH as it should.  I made sure that .grf is associated to GRAPH.exe in control panel and in Windows Explorer.  It seems to be a Windows issue, not a GRAPH.exe issue.  Any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't know how to fix this, but inside Firefox you can specify which program should open which file type. There probably is something similar in IE and Chrome.
