Topic: Evaluating a graph sent as jpg attachment

I do not know if I am in the right place, I want to evaluate a graph sent to me as JPG attachment.

I want to import it in an application where I can move vertical and horizontal lines for the purpose of exact reading on the y,x axes.

Can you suggest such an app?

I don't think you can find such a program. Graph needs a function equation or some data points. Your best bet is to use an image program to read the pixel coordinates and convert them.

I think you can use MS Paint. Else there is always GIMP

You can use Digitizer application
