Hi Iwan,

I know that your fantastic code has GNU GPL License. But I do not exactly understand:

Can I use your Func32 code in my freeware? My freeware is only in binary form (*.exe) and not in source code.

I have made in my About dialog the following hint to you:    

strMarquee += _T("Func32® <www.padowan.dk> from Ivan Johansen - ");

No, you are not allowed to do that. You MUST give or at least offer the complete source code to your program to anyone who got the binary form if you use any part of Graph or anything else licensed under the GPL.
