Topic: chemical reaction visualization

i am a new user to graph. initially i tried to learn matlab. but it is too complicated for my simple work.
i am trying to use custom function. pl post any documentation over it. i want to use variable in it pl tell how to do so. i need to write comment also pl guide me. is there any programming support ?

You may also want to look at the file Custom functions.grf installed with Graph in the Examples folder.

The beta version of Graph 4.4 supports script programming in Python. There is nearly no documentation yet, but you can look at the example plugins installed with Graph 4.4.
