Topic: How to Enable sharing between a Host and a Guest Operating system usin

i use ubuntu as a guest on my windows XP(host).can anybody plz help me as to how to enable sharing so that i can view the files of my windows xp in ubuntu(8.10 desktop edition) when ubuntu plays in VMware.

Ubuntu will not be able to show/draw grf files.

The attached screenshot shows how to share folders in VirtualBox. It is probably done in a similar way with VMware.

Can same thing be done with Linux as I use linux as host operating system and mine is windows7.
Please guide me on this.
