No, you cannot do that. At least not with polar coordinates. It would require relations supporting polar coordinates, and I never got around to implement that. But you can of course do it as the standard function f(x)=tan(5pi/4)*x

Yes, you can use Function|Insert trendline to create a best fit for a point series.
