For the shade, you can make the shade as its own function - select the function you want to shade under and select Function -> Insert shading in the menu.
For the area, I'm not sure there is a great way to do this. You can take a screenshot and share that, but other than that I don't think there is an innate way to include the data in the evaluate function in the program.

I need to transport the entire graphs and their data content and shaded area to my Word Document.

Can anyone out there help out now please?

Once you ask your device to safe, the software automatically wipes out the shaded area and the data showing the calculated area. Its so so sad...
