1st) Graph.exe "Abnormal Program Termination"

2nd) The program used to create this object is GraphFile. That program is either not installed on your computer or is not responding. To edit this object, install GraphFile, or ensure that any dialogue boxes in GraphFile are closed.

I've tried this on two different machines - two different versions of Windows and two different version of Office.
Do you have any idea why this is the case? If I install the release version there is no issue.

If there's information to record to help troubleshoot this let me know and I will post it.
