Graph uses information from Windows about resolution and physical screen size to adjust the axes when you select Zoom → Square. This might be a problem if Windows does not know the correct screen size.

Can you clarify how it looks and maybe attach a screen shot taken after you select Zoom → Square?

When I choose Zoom → Square to make the axes equally scaled, the result Ι get is not the right one.
Is there any relation with screen resolution?
